For spills and light accidents, we recommend spot cleaning the cover as soon as the spill or stain occurs with a damp cloth and mild detergent or hand soap taking care not to let liquid reach the underlying foam layers. For larger or deeper stains, consider topical application of detergent or cleaning equipment, but we do not recommend removing the mattress cover as the foam mattress layer underneath may be damaged in the process. Keeping the cover intact will help protect the integrity of your mattress and allow you to enjoy a wonderful night's sleep for years to come. To make it easier to keep your mattress clean, we highly recommend that you use a stain and water resistant mattress protector, such as the mattress protector we sell on our website, which can be removed and cleaned from time to time so you can keep your SweetNight mattress in best condition!

In case your mattress shows signs of impressions, please don’t worry, because SweetNight's 10-year warranty will have you covered! If a verified impression of certain size or larger is found on your SweetNight mattress, we will repair or replace your SweetNight at no charge! Typically in mattress world, level 1 means the ultra soft, while 10 means ultra firm. SweetNight mattresses lay between 5-8 firmness level. The firmness of each mattress will vary. We designed SweetNight hybrid mattresses to provide strong edge support. Unlike some traditional innerspring mattresses that sag at the edges or in the middle, no matter where you consistently place a lot of weight - SweetNight’s amazing technology ensures consistent and perfect firmness at all times, from the outer corners all the way up to the middle.

SweetNight foam has excellent quality and off-gassing is usually very limited or non-existent. If there is a faint smell of foam when opened, this should dissipate quickly. It is simply the smell of new foam as it expands.

A good mattress should be 8 to 15 inches thick. Depending on the combination of foam, coils and covers, the height of a mattress will vary. Thickness affects the softness and support of the mattress. We at SweetNight have found the ideal thickness for our mattresses is 8 to 12 inches, to deliver the ideal comfort, softness and support. We use multiple layers of premium foams to create the most comfortable mattress possible. We have also found that a good mattress should be at least 8 inches thick, while luxury mattresses are usually around 12 inches.

A Full sized bed is big enough for two people, but it is not recommended for couples. A Full sized bed is ideal for a child, and a parent reading a bedtime story, or a person and their pet – but not two adults who need room to move around at night or have different sleeping positions. For two adults, a Full size only gives you 27" of space each, which is likely not enough for most people to rest comfortably throughout the night. 

Some couples like to sleep in a smaller bed to feel close and cuddly, while others prefer a little space. Sleeping well with your partner is helpful for all couples. Feeling your partner toss and turn, or feeling crammed into bed, won’t be fun for anyone. It's a popular myth however, two regular Twin beds do NOT equal a King bed, but two twin XL do.

No, you can not use a Queen mattress on a Full frame as it will not fit properly. A Queen is larger than a Full, so you'll need a Queen size frame for your Queen mattress. It’s best to always match up your mattress, frame, and sheet sizes for the most comfortable night’s rest.

For two Twin beds pushed together, you are going to be hard pressed to find sheets that fit. A standard Twin bed is 38 inches wide and 75 inches long; a standard King bed is 76 inches wide and 80 inches long. However, two Twin XL beds pushed together is about the same size as a King bed and you could get away with King size sheets.

The average bed height is usually about 25 inches in total, including the frame, mattress, and any additional toppers or bedding. This is so your feet can reach the floor when you’re seated on the edge of the mattress. You can find a higher antique bed at about 36 inches off the floor, or a more contemporary modern platform bed which is lower at around 18 inches. While it is personal preference, you'll want to be able to get in and out of bed with ease.
