We offer a 30-day full refund policy for unopened items, and under specific circumstances, a full refund within a 100-night trial period. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support—they will be happy to assist you. All SweetNight mattresses come with a 10-year warranty.

Bedding & bed frames rules：

We offer a 30-day trial period with a full refund under specific circumstances.
SweetNight toppers come with a 5-year warranty, and all pillows come with a 3-year warranty.

Accessories rules：

We offer a 30-day trial period with a full refund under specific circumstances, along with a free 1-year warranty!
