COVID-19 Update – Impact on Home Deliveries
The continued health and safety of our customers and employees is our first priority. Due to COVID-19 related conditions, deliveries of our SweetNight products' shipping may be delayed by up to 15 days.
Shipping, Handling & Return Policy
- The products presented are available for purchase in the United States only.
- Orders from remote region may be charged an extra shipping fee, depending on the distance from our fulfillment center and the intended delivery address.
- Please note that we offer a 100-day full refund policy in the event that you are unsatisfied with the quality of the ordered product. In case of a return request, please contact our
Customer Service to inform us and allow for us to create a shipping label free of charge.
- In the event return for any other reason than stated above, SweetNight will not be held accountable for providing a refund, return label or other costs resulting into the request for return.
- We will deliver within 24 hours under normal circumstances. On weekends, it will be delayed until next Monday.
- Orders placed on our website will be shipped for free using standard FedEx shipping and delivered to intended location within 7- 15 business days, depending upon the distance from our warehouse to the destination. If you choose UPS for delivery, UPS will charge an additional $20 shipping fee for ordinary products, and an additional $50-100 charge for spring mattress king size. And it will be delivered within 7-10 business days.
- We currently do not charge customs duties.
Special Order Statement
Remote Region Orders
Remote region orders will be charged an extra delivery fee by FedEx or UPS, depending upon the distance to the destination.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands or to Military APO/FPO addresses are not in our delivery zone at the moment,but we will have more steps to support these areas soon.
Additional Charge Situation
We encourage you to check the address details carefully before you summit the order,if you need to change the address during the delivering or delivered period,the additional service fees would be charged maximum up to $40 per shipment which depend on the specific situations,as well as the return requested by mistaken order.

When we have successfully shipped the products, we will send you an email with the tracking number.
