Mattress – 100-Night Sleep Trial

Unopened: Return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Opened: A minimum 30-night adjustment period is required to allow your body to adapt to the new sleep surface. If you remain unsatisfied after this period, returns are accepted within 100 days of delivery. The mattress must be in sanitary, donatable condition (free from stains, tears, or excessive wear).
Topper – 30-Day Trial

Unopened: Return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Opened: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if you are not satisfied. The topper must be in sanitary, donatable condition.
Pillows, Bedding & Bed Frames (including adjustable/electric frames)

Unopened: Return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Opened:Change-of-mind returns are not available for opened items. These products are covered under warranty for manufacturing or material defects only. We recommend confirming your preference prior to opening.
Definition of "Unopened"
A product is considered unopened if it remains in its original vacuum-sealed packaging, or has been opened but shows no signs of use and can be restored to its original packaging. Once signs of use appear, the product is treated as opened.

For purchases through third‑party retailers (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.), please refer to that retailer's return policy.

Products bought from second‑hand markets or unauthorized resellers are not covered.
Important Note
If you are unsure about a product, we recommend waiting to open the packaging until you are reasonably confident in your choice. Once opened, the return process may change — except for mattresses and toppers, which remain returnable within their respective trial windows under the conditions stated above.
