I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the The Dream Job Official Rules and the Privacy Policy. If I am selected by SweetNight to participate in this promotion, I agree to participate in related content co-creation activities as required by the promotion, including but not limited to the creation, posting, or submission of Instagram posts, photos, videos, and written feedback.
I hereby grant SweetNight, its affiliates, agencies, and authorized partners a worldwide right to use any content I create, submit, post, or provide in connection with this promotion, together with my name, nickname, social media handle, likeness, image, voice, and other identifying information contained in such content, for brand promotion, advertising, social media publication, website display, e-commerce display, and other commercial marketing purposes. Such use may include copying, publishing, displaying, distributing, editing, cropping, adapting, and otherwise reasonably using such content for the foregoing purposes.
I represent that any content I submit or post is true, lawful, and does not infringe the rights of any third party. Unless otherwise expressly stated in the Official Rules or agreed in writing, SweetNight is not required to pay any additional compensation for the foregoing authorization.
I agree to receive follow-up promotion updates, product news, offers, and other marketing communications from SweetNight. I understand that this consent is not required to participate in this promotion, and that I may unsubscribe at any time through the unsubscribe link in the email or other official methods provided by SweetNight.
